With over 100 people in attendance, OISE’s first Climate Action Summit saw community members contribute 100+ ideas on how to address the climate crisis at OISE.

Special needs assistants and autism assistants will receive a $1 per hour wage increase."

The Atkinson Centre promotes research on child development, and the development of early learning policy and practice that serve young children and their families.

This involves not just better wages and benefits, but an infrastructure that sustains quality work including access to excellence in pre- and in-service training; pedagogical leadership, and the availability of special needs specialists and family support workers to help address child/family needs, as in most schools."
