Join Senior Mentor Coaches Karen Friedman and Sonja Pullen in this interactive workshop which will examine the challenges and opportunities that arise when mentoring across intercultural, socio-economic, and generational differences. We will also explore the unique perspectives and needs of students who are new to »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿ or experiencing social isolation. Through guided discussion, practical strategies, live demonstration and a chance to practice, participants will gain tools to build trust, nurture a sense of belonging, and adapt their mentoring style to support diverse mentees effectively.
