Step into a retreat of fun and team-building within our games room lounge, where OISE's faculty and staff gather to unwind, co-operate, and compete every Wednesday from 11:30am-12:00pm.

This meeting is open to teachers, educators, teacher candidates, and teacher educators interested in being a part of an ongoing community of support.

Jack will share beginner-friendly mindfulness meditation practices along with his experience in teaching this practice. Jack teaches courses in holistic education and contemplative education at OISE.

Take a break and meet us on the dance floor! Join our very own CAO, Helen Huang, as she leads participants through some simple, easy-to-follow line dance moves. During this half hour break, take some time to socialize with your colleagues and release some energy through some movement and guaranteed laughter.
