Higher Education graduates receive »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿ Graduate Policy Research Challenge awards
Higher Education graduates from OISE, Julieta Grieco and Christine Arnold, were each awarded by the »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿ Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU) for their insightful research through the »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿ Graduate Policy Research Challenge (OGPRC).
Julieta Grieco’s policy brief provided recommendations for the »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿ government on how to be successful in recruiting international students through targeting participants of government-sponsored international scholarship programs.
Christine Arnold’s research explores ways of enhancing »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿â€™s transfer policies and its impact on student pathways across both the college and university sectors.
Both Julieta and Christine presented their research to the Minister of the MTCU and a ceremony was held to recognize their individual efforts. The OGPRC targets high-quality graduate student research that is relevant to areas of post-secondary education, training and labour markets of »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿.
